internal hemorrhoids diet
Can you help me with an embarrassing health issue?
ok, so i suspected for a while that i had haemorrhoid’s as occasionally i would notice a small amount of blood on the tissue, but today i was rather constipated and after going to the toilet there was quite a lot of blood on the tissue, it stopped mostly i just noticed a very small amount of blood when i went last, but i’m worried, i really don’t want to go the doctor, is there anything i should do now, and if i just include more fibre in my diet will it help them improve (i know that they don’t really go away completely), the hemorrhoids are internal.
I know this isn’t the nicest question to ask but thats what the health section is for and all advice is appreciated.
yes, the hard stool caused the bleeding, and you can get rid of the problem entirely if you take steps to soften your stool. Fiber helps, but without adequate intake of water, fiber just turns to concrete in the intestines. Water is the key, and you can take stool softeners, available over the counter, they aren’t laxatives, they don’t make you go, they just soften the stool by pulling water into it, so it is easier to go. You need to be drinking at least two liters of water daily, this will take care of your problem.
Hemorrhoids, distended veins in the rectum, are classified into external and internal
hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids occur well inside the rectum. Its symptom most common is bleeding associated with bowel movements. If they become too large, may prolapse, or protrude through the anus, and are visible.
External hemorrhoids caused by dilated rectal veins located closer to the anus
opening, are often asymptomatic, but can cause itching and irritation. If it forms a blood clot in an external hemorrhoid, it can be pain, but the situation is not dangerous.
Constipation is very common. Many people consume a diet that is notoriously low in fiber, food components that help the intestines work well. The possible long-term complications of internal hemorrhoids consist of the anemia of chronic blood loss, infection, ulceration of the hemorrhoid and after healing then heals, and, as mentioned, thrombosis or clotting in the vein. However, there are common, especially if it prevents constipation and other situations that can worsen hemorrhoids.
Some people have veins weaker than others, but constipation can cause people to strain at stool, and this led to increased pressure from veins to enlarge. Eating fruits and vegetables, breads and cereals, whole wheat bread, oatmeal and cereals and drink lots of water (some People say that at least eight glasses a day) helps prevent constipation. Moreover, the long-standing pregnancy, and the effort to increase the heavy lifting pressure on the veins and can aggravate hemorrhoids.
When hemorrhoids bleed or become painful, ointments or suppositories can be prescribed. The mainstay of treatment, however, avoid exertion may worsen.
So how can you cure hemorrhoids naturally? Just reverse all the causes modifiable.
Diet is a natural way – eating plenty of fibrous foods such as wheat, cereals, fruits and vegetables and taking at least 8 glasses of water a day can help to cure hemorrhoids. Fiber softens the stool, helping them to pass painlessly from the anus, while preventing the development of hemorrhoids for those lucky enough to not have it yet.
Another technique is the use of herbs and extracts such as aloe and witch hazel. It is argued that these extracts can relieve pain and relieve inflammation. Applying ice packs can produce a similar sedative effect – by applying cold compresses for 15 minutes three times per day, the inflammation can also be reduced.
