Please help I am having severe low back pain and spasm,cannot sit or walk without severe pain what 2 do?
im 27 female,overweight with history of medical probs,i have battled issues with my back for a couple of yrs,they did x-rays and all it is excrucatingly painful and the only relief i get is to stay still laying flat on my back.It hurts so bad to sit on the toilet sometimes i have to go in my shower otherwise I cant make it back to the bed.My back keeps locking up and going into painful spasms…I cant sit long enough in the car to get to the doctor.Is there any natural remedies I could do to ease the pain????ITS UNBEARABLE..and i dont wanna dope my liver up with pain meds i would rather take natural medicines if possible….IF I SIT OR MOVE A CERTAIN WAY PAIN SHOOTS THROUGH MY SPINE AND I CAN HARDLY STAND IT HELLLLLLLLLLLLLP
Your problem sounds very similar to one I experienced for about 2 years. Extreme, excruciating pain upon arising from bed and not able to stand for more than a few minutes and forget bending over! My chiropractor x-rayed and said I had no serious problems but I still had the pain. I was reading a book about natural ways of healing and read something on dehydration. Some of the symptoms listed seemed to apply to me so I thought I would try the remedy of simply drinking more water. Within just a few days of drinking at least 2 large bottles of water a day I got out of bed one morning with no pain in my lower back. Amazing to feel no pain! My other joint pains lessened and eventually went away. Other things like headaches and occasional incontinence disappeared too. Even mild dehydration can cause cells to dry out and shrink allowing bone against bone contact and thus pain. If cells are not hydrated and ‘plump’ they cannot do their jobs correctly, whether it is in the bone, brain or bladder or elsewhere. This may not be your problem, but hey, water is easy and cheap to obtain and who knows..it may help. To detox or detoxification? Science tells us that there is no need because the body's mechanisms to detox naturally oriented. However, Does this take into account modern living?
